What is Mildew & is it different than Mold?

Mildew only grows on plants outdoors. The term mildew is often use by non mold experts when they see mold around windows & bathrooms.

How long does it take mold to grow?

If the temperature & moisture conditions are ideal for microbial growth, & a food source (drywall, wood, insulation, ect.) is present Mold can grow in 24 to 48 hours.

Is Mold Dangerous?

It depends on the type of Mold and the person exposed to it.

Not all Molds are toxic. But even Non Toxic Molds can effect your health especially people with allergies and asthma.
